Slow progress

Babysteps this week - I've made an appointment with the accountant to get some advice on the best business structure to set up, spoken to council about the food fitout standards (some documents are being sent out), and spoken to the Small Business Field Officer to see how they can help us (I have a followup phone call next week with her).

Most importantly, we have come up with a business name! Not to be announced until we get it registered, just in case :)
